Due to a lack of interest, the Hardwood Challenge (Jan. 14) and Heartland Hoops Shootout (Jan. 21) will both be cancelled. Most teams have found tournaments on January 14th and it appears that teams are taking the weekend of January 21st off from any tournaments.

Our annual Pack the House event will be on Saturday, January 14th when the Omaha Bryan Bears come to GI to play at 5:15 and 7:00. Pack the House allows all Jr. Islanders and GI Lightning to get into the game free of charge.
